Some of the sisters of the Houston Alumnae Association participated in the ANNUAL CHILI COOK OFF for CASA DE ESPERANZA. And that led to a feature in the most recent issue of THE QUILL (spring 2023-released July 2023)!
Casa is a local nonprofit the association supports as part of the KINDLY HEARTS INITIATIVE including entering in this annual, fun event! Casa doesn’t just offer foster care for children in need but also a way for families to be potentially reunited through its extensive, supportive programs. Casa’s vision is for “Every child deserves a home that provides safety, health, permanence, and hope.”
Our team didn't win but we had fun!
